Anger is the biggest enemy of life, it has three modes to reflects first it reflects on face along with words, second reflects on face but no words and lastly it burns the heart and soul at its most but in a invisible manner which proves to be very hurt to life on the basics of moral and will power

anger is a very common subject in life, more or less every one goes through it sooner or later. its an agony of life in other words which pains the life so much while come across.

it could also be called the feature of life with varying potency from person to person & life to life. this feature of life makes the life to suffer a lot on many modes & means.overcoming anger will result in to enhance it with a high degree where as control of anger is the right mean to interact with.

some times in life it cost more than any thing on the board of life.

some times it becomes necessary to carry on with while to get interact with wicked on the subject of life. some times it helps to stream line the issues of life. some times it act as a shield for life to get protection from a mode on to life.

anger is nothing but a mare frustration results in from the failure in its direct or indirect mode during the pace of life while to interact with. when limits of patience crosses its orbit then it takes the rout of words with action of body parts.

anger drags the life from self to ego & far apart.

anger born on the plane of mind but burns the heart with out fire. its hard to bear with. life in nut shell is nothing but a compromise but the limits on compromise when crosses than in comes out with hot exchange.

it really drags the life far apart from the self. while it takes the rout sense of brain for reflection on to life to guide it goes far apart from itself.mind remains blank with the fire of ego burning in heart.

its a invisible fire which can destroy any thing on the subject of life.

its more than a offence in life when it reflects on to poors with out any cause, when it reflects on those already deprived of life with out any reason. it reflects a huge sin on to life when it dictates the older with compromising mode, more than a sin when it abuse the innocent children's with out their fault on the board of life.

this could result in to hypertension or hypertension could result in to undue anger in life.

very simple mode to control the anger in life is nothing other than yoga & meditation with realization mode on to life. healthy but cool & slow breathing exercise could lead to a relief from this havoc for certain value.
